RPA Consultant
Design and develop test automation workflows using RPA platforms
Experience in working with various stakeholders in analyzing and designing workflows; building, testing and implementing RPA solutions; and ensuring quality of the system.
Ensure technology framework is strictly followed for all automation opportunities across operations
Identification, assessment and validation of potential process using various methodologies and assessment frameworks
Identify automation opportunities within various operational departments and validate them
Process preparation for RPA solution, that includes documentation of the process redesign, gaps and present quantifiable business benefits to all stakeholders
Configuring new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
Prepare process documentation and analysis, PDD or SDDs, including specification of system requirements for business processes
Process assessment experience for end-to-end process automation including RPA proof of concepts
Strong knowledge in RPA tools in configuring and deploying bots using any of these market leading RPA platforms UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, WorkFusion, Automation Edge, 1RPA, Pega Open Span
Support the RPA Manager in managing project timelines, quality, budgets as well as stakeholder management
Prepare weekly status review for Management review
